Theresa is the absolute best! She helped us find a perfect home for what we needed very quickly without us feeling rushed and was always very honest with us about things to look out for in a home. She helped worked around our busy schedules to find times to view homes and was excellent with communication. When we came across an issue that was supposed to have been fixed before we moved in but was not, she was on top of it and helped us get the issue resolved without extensive costs in our end which we are so grateful for. Theresa makes you feel like family. She is charismatic, compassionate, and kind. She not only helps you find a home, but has connections all over Colorado Springs to reach out to for home assistance should you need a contact for repairs. We are so blessed to have found her and would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Theresa was amazing to work with from start to finish! Theresa did a fantastic job with our 85 year old mothers listing. She had a vision for the type of buyer she was going to attract and that buyer appeared on the second day of listing and made a full price offer. She knew that the Colorado Springs housing market was overpriced for some people and that there was a market in Pueblo for someone that was willing to make the commute. She staged the house nicely and gave us the guidance we needed to prepare the home for sale. We worked on the property for almost six months to make all the necessary repairs and modifications. The inspection objection process was fairly straight forward with no surprises because Theresa identified many of the issues prior to listing and they were preemptively corrected. I would highly reccomend Theresa Quick-White to anyone looking for realestate in her area. She knows the market well, has a firm understanding of how a home should be presented to a buyer and also is honest, hardworking and respectable.

We worked with Theresa for over a year to find the right house for our family. We were living in California and looking for houses in the Colorado Springs area. If there was a house we were interested in, she would virtually show us the house. Theresa was focused on finding out who we were and what we wanted in a house. She knew us so well through the process that she pointed out things in a house that we would either like or dislike and she was always accurate with her assessment. It was great. Once we had enough homes on our list we would fly out and look at them. It was always a fun day to hang out with her and look at our lists of houses. Especially since she would bring snacks! Once we found THE ONE, Theresa was there to guide us through every step of the process. From contract, inspection and close she was there to answer all our questions. She was also a superstar through the curve balls the Covid-19 pandemic threw at us.Theresa was very focused and interested in finding the right home for us. She is responsive, honest and knowledgeable in all aspects of home buying. She has a strong background in providing references for local professionals, like home inspection agents, insurance agents etc. Theresa is pleasant, resourceful and wonderful to work with, we highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

I feel like we won the lottery in finding Theresa. My husband and I were planning a move to Colorado Springs from Seattle over the summer and Theresa helped us find and purchase our first home while we were still out of state. Despite the long distance, and our complete lack of knowledge about buying a home, Theresa made the whole process easy. She scheduled time for us during our brief windows in town, and even did several video tours of homes for us when we weren't able to see places in person. In just a couple months we were able to find our dream home, close on it, and then move in the day we arrived in the Springs. Amazing!! Theresa really goes above and beyond to help you, and you can tell she really cares about every single one of her clients. She's the best, and I'll refer her to everyone I know.
